Competition – The Activity or Condition of Competing

To compete you must condition. Much like athletes condition their bodies, residents must condition their brain. There are long hours, lack of sleep, and soooo much information crammed into these formative years--but I probably don't need to tell you that. How do we know if we are doing enough? If we are excelling and not just getting by?

Well then there's the ABSITE…every January. Are you above the 50th percentile, or are you average? How are you preparing with everything on your plate?

So Many Books

There are dozens of books, and who has time to read them all?  The world is changing, the way we study is changing.  My advice:  don’t just read a book, go next level.
